Community
Apartment residents, you have a group chat with your Apartment's name on it! This is a space for you and your neighbors to get plugged in and connect for fun, serious, and anything your neighbors want. We are building community in your apartment for the tenants, for you.
Emergency Support
Hurricane season is coming up and your building still doesn't have a way for neighbors to check on each other if the power goes out. Through the communities we build, we will be able to get direct insight on problems and help with mutual aid, and our connections.
Tenant Resources
We connect apartment residents to real assistance, food, rent help, utility aid, through a free platform called Connective. Through the communities we build, we are able to assist apartment residents with making their voices heard on major issues across the Greater Houston Area for apartment residents!
Voter Resources
​ONLY 32% of renters in Harris County vote (general voter population votes at 59%, that's an about 27% difference)! 57% of Houston are renters, but almost none of the last city budget went to renter priorities. We are using REACH to ensure apartment residents are registered to vote and have a voice.
